Become a member TODAY!


  1. Select your Membership Level
  2. Complete the Account Information form
  3. Pay dues online or mail payment

Please note, your Annual Dues payment is required to complete the membership process and to be listed in the online directory. If you choose to mail your payment please send it as soon as possible to the address listed at the bottom of the page. Please list the member's name on the memo line.

Immediately after you submit the online membership form your membership will be ACTIVE and your name will be listed in the VHFCNBA Member Directory. If mailed payment is not received within the 7-day grace period your membership will be changed to PENDING and you will be not listed in the VHFCNBA Member Directory until payment is received.


If you submitted a paper application please complete the "BECOME A MEMBER" steps above. You will be able to pay online and have your directory information displayed immediately.

If you prefer to mail payment please send it to the address below. Please list the member's name on the memo line.


  1. Login
  2. View the VHFCNBA Member Directory
  3. Scroll to your name and click the edit button (on the far right).
  4. Enter your information
  5. Click SAVE



  • All memberships are July 1 - June 30.
  • You will be able to renew membership beginning June 1st.
  • There will be a 7-day grace period, July 1-7th. On July 8th, the directory listing will be removed until membership is renewed.

If you are a Standard Member (practicing more than 5 years) you can select the AUTO-RENEWAL method for your convenience!
